Chroma Foundation, a non-profit organization, is dedicated to encouraging young students to strive for academic excellence and recognizing those who excel in specific fields. To further this mission, the Foundation has established the "Chroma Education Scholarship." On Saturday, February 4, 2022, an award ceremony was held to publicly honor the scholarship recipients for the year 2022.

Chairman Paul Ying said, "Chroma ATE has a corporate culture of caring and sharing. Consistently committed to environmental sustainability and social welfare, Chroma established the Chroma Foundation and the ESG Office in 2022. The Foundation aims to promote youth education in areas such as arts and humanities, technological innovation, environmental sustainability, and support for the underprivileged, all with the goal of fostering a harmonious and progressive society." The Chroma Education Scholarship is one of the initiatives through which Chroma communicates with its employees. To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must be children of employees from Chroma ATE and affiliated companies. This indirectly enhances employee loyalty and engagement with the company.

The award ceremony took place at Chroma ATE's headquarters, with senior executives from Chroma personally presenting the certificates. Following the ceremony, the award recipients were led to explore the company's leisure facilities, gaining insights into their parents' opportunities for relaxation and exercise outside of work. They also visited the product showroom, where they learned that the quality and performance of everyday gadgets such as smartphones and tablets are ensured with the help of precision test and measurement equipment. By providing this equipment, Chroma advances quality in technological innovation, enabling everyone to enjoy the fruits of progress and create a better world together.
