The global political and economic situation remained turbulent in 2025. Geopolitical conflicts and regional tensions escalated, while extended tariff barriers and related trade policy adjustments, together with the accelerating restructuring of global supply chains, increased operating costs and business uncertainty. Meanwhile, frequent extreme weather events have made climate change a key risk to economic development and corporate sustainability.

In response to the rapidly changing environment, Chroma leverages its leading key technologies and highly integrated capabilities to strategically position itself within industrial development trends. The Company closely follows the development trends of cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing (HPC), accelerating the expansion of its AI data center-focused testing solutions and demonstrating agile market responsiveness. 2025 was a fruitful year for Chroma. The Group's consolidated revenue reached NT$28.3 billion, ranking 19th globally in the measurement instrument industry. Chroma also achieved 24th place in the Best Taiwan Global Brands ranking.

Accelerate Innovation & Intensify Collaboration

In an era of strong industrial growth, Chroma drives technological innovation through two key integrated solutions: power electronics testing and semiconductor testing. By integrating its core technologies, the Company develops high-precision and high-power testing equipment while continuously strengthening and accelerating its R&D capabilities. This enables Chroma to assist and collaborate with customers in addressing increasingly complex and fast-paced technological development, testing requirements, and mass production challenges, helping ensure product performance, quality, and success through advanced solutions and earning customer trust. The Company aims to promote the sustainable development of the industry and society through close collaboration with customers and supply chain partners, while supporting technological breakthroughs in the industry's development. In 2025, the Company established a Silicon Valley operations center in the U.S. to enhance close customer service and strengthen cooperation within the industrial ecosystem. It also proactively expanded its overseas presence and markets, and currently has a total of 58 service locations and 119 distributors worldwide.

Coexist with the Environment and Move Towards Sustainability

Chroma takes the initiative to respond to climate change and energy transition demands and implements concrete actions to address the risks and opportunities associated with global climate change. In an era of carbon pricing, Chroma's carbon reduction initiatives go beyond internal energy conservation and emissions reduction, such as the purchase of green power, renewable energy certificates, and the installation of renewable energy systems. The Company also extends its efforts to a "carbon handprint" role within the supply chain. It designs and develops testing equipment with features like energy recovery, reduced energy consumption, and multi-functional integration, helping customers lower carbon emissions in their processes and production. Since 2020, Chroma's energy recovery testing equipment has helped customers reduce a cumulative 409,540 metric tons of carbon emissions. Chroma is moving steadily towards its longterm goal of "net-zero emissions at office sites by 2030; net-zero emissions across all sites by 2050."

People-Oriented Values and Shared Prosperity with Society

Employees are the Company's most important asset. Chroma continues to promote gender diversity and workplace equality, and has established a comprehensive training system for talent cultivation and development. It also fosters diverse and open communication channels internally, actively listens to employee feedback, and understands their needs and concerns. In 2025, the employee satisfaction survey achieved an average score of 4.84, an increase of 0.15 compared with 2023. Employees rated their work-life balance, sense of accomplishment, and well-being at an average of 4.78 or higher. The Company is dedicated to fostering a friendly, equitable, and inclusive workplace. There were no incidents of unethical conduct or corruption in 2025. Amid today's global wave of digitalization, a robust information security management system represents Chroma's commitment and responsibility to its employees, customers, and supply chain partners.

Looking ahead, Chroma will continue to strengthen its core competencies in the field of testing technology, providing reliable indicators to reveal facts and build trust. The Company will collaborate with customers to drive industrial development and lead innovation in emerging markets. To strengthen corporate governance and advance our sustainable growth strategy, the Board of Directors in October 2025 resolved that I will continue to serve as Chairman while handing over the role of CEO to Mr. I-Shih Tseng, formerly President of the Integrated Systems BU and Optical Inspection Solutions BU. With a clearer and more professional organizational structure, Chroma expanded and reorganized its operations into two major Business Groups: Power Electronics Test Solutions BG and Semiconductor Test Solutions BG, leading 11 units to establish a solid management foundation. With the new management team's vision and drive, Chroma aims to continue growing steadily and integrate corporate social responsibility into its business philosophy, embedding it within its organizational culture. The Company also encourages every employee to become an advocate and practitioner of ESG, extending its sustainability influence to overseas subsidiaries and affiliates. Working together with industry partners, customers, and the supply chain, Chroma will create long-term sustainable value and foster shared prosperity.
