To fulfill corporate social responsibility and implement sustainable management, Chroma ATE Inc. has established an ESG Office and formed the Chroma ESG Working Group, with the Senior Vice President of the Finance & Administration Center serving as Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO). This working group integrates seven functional teams (including business management, social engagement, supply chain, labor rights, sustainable environment, technological innovation, and market and customer management teams) responsible for the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility. At the same time, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are used as the guiding direction for implementing sustainability strategies.

In order to concretely implement ESG, the Board of Directors of Chroma ATE Inc. has also approved the Corporate Sustainability Best Practice Principles, which clearly define four main principles: implementing corporate governance, developing a sustainable environment, promoting social welfare, and enhancing the disclosure of corporate sustainability information. Based on the principles of green environment, social inclusion, and strengthening corporate governance, this has become the framework through which Chroma pursues profit growth. Chroma ATE Inc. has established five sustainable development goals.

ESG Sustainable Management

To strengthen its focus on climate change issues, Director David Huang has been appointed as the person in charge, responsible for ESG-related issues, including climate change issues, supervising the Company's sustainability strategies and targets, managing climate change risk and opportunity actions, and monitoring the implementation of sustainability goals. In 2025, the ESG Office reported on the operations and outcomes of sustainable development to the Board of Directors on April 30, July 31, and October 30. The Board of Directors evaluates the reports and, based on the progress of implementation, urges the ESG Office to make adjustments as needed.

The report includes:

  1. Results of material topic assessment and corresponding action plans.
  2. Internalize low-carbon technologies and promote sustainable growth.
  3. Progress in sustainability report preparation and disclosure plans.
  4. Organizational risk management and the scope of identification planning.
